Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for projects and maintenance plans with Boopy Technologies Ltd, Company No. C238657, BRN C26238657. If your signed proposal or agreement says something different, the agreement applies.

2. How projects are paid

Projects are paid in two parts: a 50% deposit before work starts, and the remaining 50% when the project is ready to launch, before it is handed over.

3. Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel before we have started work on your project, we refund your deposit in full.

4. Cancelling after work starts

Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable. It covers the work already done and the time reserved for your project. The final 50% is not due if you cancel before launch.

5. If we cannot finish the work

If we cancel a project, or cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the part of your payments that covers work not delivered.

6. After delivery

The final payment is not refundable once the project has been delivered. If something we delivered does not work as agreed, tell us and we will fix it at no extra cost.

7. Maintenance plans

Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.

8. Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, app store fees, licences and other services bought from other companies for your project are not refundable by us. Any refund of those depends on the provider’s own policy.

9. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the project and the reason. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid within 14 days, using the method you paid with where possible.

10. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you signed your agreement.
